Donna Griffin
Founder & CEO
Dani’s Dreams started around my dining room table 10 years ago with a small group of family, friends and Zion Lutheran teachers committed to helping me honor and remember my daughter.
But it’s bigger than that now. We’ve taken root…
Over the last nine years, we have raised nearly $60,000 to support outdoor education in Hancock County all through volunteer efforts.
Dani’s Dreams provides free, hands-on STEAM and environmental educational activities for children in Hancock County and throughout Central Indiana. Our Go Green Center sets the standards for learning about alternative energy with working solar panels that light our building.
Dani’s Dreams Innovation in Education Corp. became a public charity in June 2016 received 501c3 status, electing a board of directors and moving forward to build the organization in Hancock County and throughout Central Indiana with Dani’s Dreams Outdoor Education Programs at Zion Lutheran and Sugar Creek Township Park and the Urban Media Project camps.
I live in Greenfield, Indiana, and have been a writer, editor, and teacher for more than 30 years, but my most important roles remain wife, mother and “Nana”. —Donna Griffin, founder and CEO
