School budgets are being cut everywhere and innovative programs are put on the “back burner.” It’s harder and harder for kids to get to experience the world and to actually connect with it… the real world, not just through a screen or a digital device, but with their hands, eyes, ears, and feet!
Now is your chance to to support real-life education and to make a difference in the lives of students in Hancock and surrounding communities!
Dani’s Dreams provides several interactive programs that focus on important STEAM topics: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.
The Dani’s Dreams team also works hard to bring communities together… people from all neighborhoods, generations, and backgrounds come together to discover the world together!
Here’s what your donation can do:
$10-25: “Small” donations add up! Even a gift of $25 can make a difference in the life of children in our community.
$150: Sponsors three EcoLessons in Hancock County classrooms. These interactive experiences are taught by young people and are designed to help kids create, explore, and discover! Learn more.
$1000: Covers the entire printing costs of an issue of “Speak Your Truth” magazine, an initiative of the Urban Media Project. This Dani’s Dreams project helps high school and college students to find their voice and explore using their influence with the media. Currently we publish the magazine just twice a year, but as sponsorships increase we want to publish more often throughout the year so that we can give even more young people a voice.
